Magneti Marelli Aftermarket was launched by Magneti Marelli Holding in 1985 as the Company’s marketing division. Its objective: to provide the aftermarket with components (oriented to Manufacturers’ first equipment) from their production divisions.

RGZ Magneti Marelli Aftermarket was founded in 2002 as a spin-off from Magneti Marelli Holding.

Regained in May 2007 from Fiat Group, the Company adopts the name Magneti Marelli After Market Parts and Services.

Magneti Marelli Aftermarket Parts and Services has a commercial standing in 6 European countries (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Greece, Poland) and 2 in South America (Brazil, Argentina).

Its Import Network covers over 70 countries in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Oceania.

The turnover for 2006 was 239 ML/€: 43% in South America, 57% in Europe (of which 28% in Italy).

The Company employs 503 people: 269 in South America, 234 in Europe (of which 126 in Italy).


Magneti Marelli Aftermarket Parts and Services holds a respectable position on the world’s aftermarket as spare part distributor in the IAM segment (Independent After Market) of the automotive market (automobiles and commercial vehicles).

Specialized in spares for multimakes, Marelli Marelli Aftermarket Parts and Services’s catalogue lists about 30,000 codes subdivided into 30 product lines and is backed by a network of over 4.900 authorized workshops around the world (2.000 in Italy, 1.200 Spain and Portugal, 160 Greece, 126 Poland, 32 Croatia, 1.351 Brazil, 40 Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay).
